We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist with in-depth knowledge of tire repair, especially in Off-The-Road (OTR) and Retread applications. The successful candidate will excel in conducting comprehensive training programs, developing up-to-date instructional materials, and providing hands-on demonstrations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.

Our team is looking to add a dedicated employee to add value to our team. Due to
the predictive nature of the solid OTR industry, our OTR techs can expect to be
home almost every night and very little weekend or after-hours work. We are
seeking a technician to service customers with and within a few hours North of
Nebraska.
